Ethylarmor Dip Tubes and Spargers are engineered for agitated reactor applications combining the universal high-temperature corrosion resistance of PTFE with the mechanical strength of encapsulated Schedule 80 carbon steel pipe. They are available in diameters from 1 inch through 8 inches and entry lengths up to 20 feet.

The PTFE weld of all dip tubes undergoes the industry's most rigorous quality control test procedures. These tests include steam cold-water cycling (ASTM F423), thermal quenching and 10,000 volt spark testing.
