Flexarmor® PTFE Lined Metal Bellows
Metallic bellows fabricated from stainless steel, Hastelloy, Monel, titanium, etc.. and lined with high quality isostatically molded PTFE to provide high pressure ratings and superior corrosion resistance.

Supplied in 1½ through 24" diameters with 150 and 300 Class ANSI flanges. Special flanging and geometry also available.

Universal Expansion Joints

These units combine two Flexijoints with an intermediate PTFE lined spool piece: lateral movements are maximized to provide low spring rates; critical when mating to stress-sensitive graphite, FRP, glass, etc. process equipment.

Hinged or Pinned & Slotted Joints

The hinged connection between the flanges provide lateral support while allowing only angular movement of the bellows. Pinned and slotted units provide angular and axial movements with lateral support.

Gimbal Joints

Allows full angular freedom while limiting axial and lateral displacements.
