  pHampler® Performance Features
 

Eliminates Fugitive Emissions
Reactor manway is kept closed, eliminating operator and environmental exposure to process liquid and vapor. Closed system prevents release of EPA regulated fugitive emissions.

 

Continuous Representative Sampling
The actual sample point located just above the agitator blade and high flow rate of the pHampler's in-line circulation loop assures instantaneous and representative sampling accuracy. A conventional tank bottom pump around loop gives a less representative sample with greater lag times during changes in the reactor during a process.

Wetted Surfaces
Offers unexcelled corrosion resistance and product purity. The pHampler dip tube and circulation loop are also available in stainless and exotic alloys.

System Design
Each pHampler system is CAD designed to your exact process, dimensional and component specification requirements. Modular system design is easily altered to meet changing process requirements and can be readily transferred between reactors.

Sample Isolation
The pHampler system offer safely isolated and contamination free sampling. Samples can be returned to the reactor without operator or environmental exposure., eliminating costly hazardous waste disposal problems.

pH Measurement and Control
pHampler loops easily accommodate an Ethylarmor® In-Line pH Probe for fast, accurate and continuous pH measurement and control. The pH probe can be safely isolated in the middle of a batch for maintenance. Choice of industry standard electrodes and transmitters assure control system compatibility.

Maximize Nozzle Availability
The pHampler system uses only one reactor nozzle for all sampling, liquid/gas addition, pH measurement/control and sample return.
