Weir-Riser and Orifice Distributors

Distributors are designed to provide uniform fluid distribution in packed columns. Process can be fed to the distributor through ladder-type distributors or a single tube to the center point.

Rosette Re-Distributors

Used to interrupt the flow of material down the column wall and redirect it onto the packing surfaces below by means of grooves along the tips of the rosette.

Arch and Grid Type Support Plates

These structures support column packing materials without imposing high resistance to the flow of liquids or gases. Fabricated from PTFE and PFA to offer ultimate corrosion resistance.

Nozzle Liners

Used in glass lined, steel reactors and vessels, Sermatech-Ethylene's nozzle liners eliminate damage to fragile nozzles during the insertion of dip tubes or other equipment and from abrasion when high flow rates are needed. They can also eliminate build-up of solids in the nozzle. Available in diameters 1" through 42" and lengths up to 60"
